A Message from the Principal

Dear Friend,

I am happy to welcome you to Bishop's Academy at Holy Family on behalf of our priests, faculty, and staff. We provide our students an academic setting that integrates faith and culture in a warm and nurturing atmosphere. At Bishop's Academy at Holy Family we believe each student is unique and valuable.  We feel respect among students., faculty and administration must be mutual in order to be affective.

A diocesan school, Bishop's Academy at Holy Family, is a Middle·States accredited Catholic School, educating children from nursery school through sixth grade. Our highly qualified faculty and staff are caring, dedicated role models who share their faith, their talents, and their time to insure the success that comes with a Catholic Education.  A strong academic program. aligned with New York State curriculum and standards, we provide each student with a complete and comprehensive education. Our students in grades three through six participate in all New York State assessments.  In addition, our program includes music, band, art, foreign language instruction and physical education. Our state of the art computer lab, wireless mobile laptops, and fully-automated library enable us to fully integrate technology into the curriculum. We offer many resources for children in need of academic interventions and those with special learning needs.  Speech/language, Counseling, Remedial Reading and Remedial Math are available as well as an Enrichment Program for our high achievers.

We provide our students an education that is infused with Gospel values that are the basis for life.  Religion classes, meaningful community service projects, daily prayer and monthly Masses encourage every student to accept the challenges of being responsible, faith-filled citizens in tomorrow's world.  Bishop's Academy at Holy Family is committed to academic excellence, religious education, Catholic values, and a true sense of community for our students.  We look forward to the opportunity to provide your child with an education that integrates faith and culture.
