This Week:

·        Sound of “t”; how to write “Tt”; danced the “Twist”; sight word “we” and “are”; opposites

·        Mass with Bishop Cunningham at Cathedral

·        St. Nicholas Day

·        Little Shoppers

·        Immaculate Conception Mass with Fifth Grade Buddies

·        Pennies; match a number to set of objects (number cards went home last week-please use them to practice counting/put numbers in order/missing number/number identification/match to a set of pennies or other objects)

·        Sandwiches for Oxford Inn

Next week: 

·        Sound of “c” (hard sound “k”); how to write “Cc”; sight words “we and are” continued; review “Tt

·        Thursday, December 15th:  Christmas Concert K-2  at 6:30pm (Students wear black, white, red, and/or green and meet in our classroom at 6:15pm. Students may be picked up in the church after the concert. Please take their coats.)

·        Friday, December 16th: Polar Express Day- Students wear pajamas and sneakers (may bring slippers and /or robe). We “surprise” the first floor students with an imaginary ride on the Polar Express in the hallway (they will have a ticket and the book is read) and then have hot chocolate and snack in the cafeteria.
